Role Abstract: We are looking for an experienced incident response operator to help us continue to shape our product and service. A director will help companies from around the world recover from cyber attacks and handle cyber incident response cases from a scoping call to case closed. Directors will provide guidance to clients seeking visibility on how their cases will progress, they will negotiate with cyber criminals on behalf of clients, and will interact with our commercial partners, and our partners in law enforcement.  Directors will have the opportunity to travel and speak on behalf of the company to clients and at industry gatherings.  The role will have a seat at the product table and be able to influence the evolution and direction of our product and service.

Sales Development Representative

Role Abstract: We are looking for a sales development representative with 2+ year experience in enterprise security sales or cyber security consulting sales. This role will handle all inbound leads from a diverse mix of channels including direct, insurance carrier, and partner referrals. The customer’s experience from their first contact with Coveware through their last is our focus, and this role will have responsibility over the top of the funnel.
