Role Abstract: Incident response directors worked on the front lines of active cyber incidents. Our incident response team works directly with enterprises to help navigate victims through the complexity of a disruptive cyber incident. Incident response directors own the customer experience from onboarding through case-closed, and work with our network of industry partners. Candidates for this role have experience working on the front lines of cyber incident response, and are passionate about helping organizations of all sizes through these events.
